Olga has over 15 years of experience in Finland and internationally, and she currently supports children, educators and families in private early years centers and preschools. She holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Special Education and Psychology, along with specialized training in speech therapy. Olga has strong expertise in multilingual development and in identifying early signs of additional support needs before they grow into bigger challenges.

Olga is active, efficient, and easy to work with. She brings a calm and professional presence to collaboration, and she is not afraid to address difficult topics when needed — always with clarity, respect, and a focus on the child’s best interest.

Olga believes that every child has unique strengths, and that meaningful progress comes from shaping the environment around the child rather than expecting the child to change.

Päivi has over 25 years of experience working in Finnish early childhood and pre-school education, special education being her expertise and passion. Päivi holds degrees from Helsinki University and keeps a close connection to everyday classroom work, ensuring her guidance remains practical and grounded. Currently Päivi supports children, educators and families in private early years centers and preschools.

Päivi uses her strengths and interests — especially movement and music — to engage children. She brings a creative, collaborative and gently solution-focused way of working, and she is socially skilled, approachable, and easy to work with. Educators naturally feel understood and supported in her presence.

Päivi’s philosophy is simple: listen first, then solve together. Päivi helps create a learning-friendly classroom atmosphere, one small and meaningful step at a time.
